All-Sides Sports Club – Terms & Conditions

By registering your child with All-Sides Sports Club, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Payments, Bookings & Attendance

  • All sessions must be paid in advance. Children will not be permitted to participate without prior payment.
  • We operate a strict no refund policy.
  • If a participant does not attend (no-show) or cancels within 24 hours of the session start time, the session will be considered used and no refund or credit will be given.

2. Cancellation & Credit Policy

  • We operate a 24-hour cancellation policy.
  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the session will receive credit to be used for a future session of your choice.
  • A minimum of 7 days’ written notice is required if you wish to cancel your child’s place at the club permanently.
  • Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.

3. Photography & Media Consent

  • By enrolling your child, you consent to photography and video recording during sessions, events, and activities.
  • Images/videos may be used for: Social media, Website & Marketing and promotional materials
  • For safeguarding and privacy, children’s faces will be blurred or obscured before publication.

4. Safeguarding & Child Protection

  • The safety and wellbeing of all children is our highest priority.
  • All coaches and staff are DBS checked and follow safeguarding procedures in line with UK best practice.
  • Parents/guardians must:
  • Provide accurate emergency contact details
  • Inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, disabilities, or additional needs
  • Children must be signed in and out by a parent/guardian (unless prior written consent for independent travel is given).

5. Medical & Emergency Consent

By registering, you confirm that:

  • Your child is fit and able to participate in physical activity.
  • You have disclosed any medical conditions, injuries, or additional needs.
  • In an emergency, you give permission for staff to:
  • Administer basic first aid
  • Contact emergency services if required

You understand that you remain responsible for any medical costs.

6. Health & Safety

  • Participants must wear appropriate sports clothing and footwear.
  • Jewellery should not be worn during sessions.
  • The club reserves the right to refuse participation if a child appears unwell, injured, or unsafe to take part.

7. Behaviour & Conduct

We aim to provide a fun, safe and respectful environment.

The club reserves the right to remove or suspend any participant for:

  • Dangerous or disruptive behaviour
  • Bullying or harassment
  • Persistent refusal to follow coach instructions

No refund or credit will be provided in these circumstances.

8. Collection & Late Pick-Up

  • Parents/guardians must ensure children are collected promptly after sessions.
  • The club cannot accept responsibility for children outside session times.

9. Liability Waiver

  • Participation in sport involves a risk of injury.
  • By registering, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
  • All-Sides Sports Club will not be liable for:
  • Injuries sustained during normal participation
  • Loss or damage of personal belongings

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, as required under UK law.

10. Data Protection (UK GDPR)

We collect and store personal data to:

  • Manage bookings and attendance
  • Contact parents/guardians
  • Provide safe care for participants

Your data will:

  • Be stored securely
  • Not be shared with third parties without consent (unless required by law or emergency services).

11. Changes to Terms

All-Sides Sports Club reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The latest version will always apply to current bookings.

By booking a session, you confirm acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
